Catherine is proof that with a little determination and the perfect diet plan, the results are tremendous! Catherine Started on the 3rd April 2015, she has lost an amazing 5 Stone and 11lbs. From a size 22/24, (although she admits she was probably bigger than this), Catherine is now showing off her new slimline silhouette as a sexy size 14. She has lost an incredible 37.5 inches in total, 12.5 of which were from her waist and 11 from her hips.
