After 9 weeks on plan, I really couldn’t wait to jump on the scales & find out if I’d made it into the 18 stone bracket! So here goes… click on the video below to find out how I did!

 

 

OMG I am jumping around the house this morning. I have hit another milestone and hit the 18 stone bracket. I’m over the moon and I’m feeling so amazing!!! A 5lbs loss this week :) :) :)

I am going into my tenth week on plan and so far I have lost a staggering 66lbs in 9 weeks. It’s unreal. This week’s loss of 5lbs brings me even closer to my goal weight. I have a target weight of 15 stone which I have just started to play around with now and I’m looking to maybe change that when I hit 15 stone and keep going to about 14 stone maybe and see how things go. I’m feeling on top of the world this just proves that 100% dedication to yourself really works.

I’m so super proud of everyone on the Secret Slimmer’s page who are getting involved with my fitness challenge. It’s great to see so many up and out walking and doing the daily fitness challenges. I look forward to sharing more with you over the coming 7 weeks. I am doing a full 2 months fitness challenge right up to the end of February so keep your eyes peeled on the Secret Slimmer’s page and come join me!

It’s been an absolute fantastic week on Secret Slimmer’s – the buzz better than ever and there are so many new faces all starting their journey too. It’s great to see so many using the page for help, sharing their success and questions. The admins have great themes during the week that everyone will be getting involved in and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone change and get thinner over the coming months and weeks. Congrats to the men joining as well – it’s great to see men coming onboard as well – you will all be amazing and smash your gaols. Make 2016 yours this year.

I joined the gym just after Christmas and I am there everyday so far and loving it. I’m not over doing it – I am more toning and strengthening my body and getting used to its original shape. I’m loving it there and now I feel so super confident walking around the gym and knowing I’m not being watched or talked about or even stared at because of my size. The best feeling is going down to use the pool area – no one stares at me anymore and I can get into the pool with ease and not feel ashamed.

My goals and plans are changing – I am looking at a fitter and healthier me everyday. 2016 will be my year for change not only in size and weight but in mind as well. I am focussing so much on when I finish Total Food Replacement to maintenance and I’m really looking forward to getting back to my younger healthier body.

I got stocked up this week to bring me into February – check out my pictures of my order! And again I can’t thank The New You Team enough for the fast service – I was running very low after Christmas and New Year so I ordered on Monday about 12 midday and I received my package at 8.30am the next day! Whoop! Huge thanks as without you all I would not be where I am today.

2016 for me is going to be filled with so much positive energy and to be surrounded by people who only inspire me and keep my high. I am going to remove all negative people from my life and stay away as I want the best possible chance I can at succeeding once I hit my goal weight. From the very early age of 14 I have always been overweight and ashamed of my body. It feels like for 21 years I have been battling my demons with food, but thanks to the New You Plan and team I am ready to fight my demons to the death and come out victorious, this is why I want this so bad.

This year is my year!

√ Be happy and healthier for my fiancé Kieran and daughter Kayla- they are my world and my rock

Number 6 to me is 100% my demon. I have been known in the past in my big days to meet people for lunch or dinner, however because when I eat I am never really full or always still hungry I would go off and eat somewhere else beforehand and then when I go out with friends or family I would eat again but it wouldn’t look like I was as bad as I was due to me sneakily eating earlier and getting fuller.

Kieran surprised me at Christmas and we are off to England for the weekend of Valentine’s and I’m so super excited. We are going from the Friday to the Monday and my packs and snacks will be coming with me ☺ We are staying with my parents but will be travelling all over UK and again I will be going to Harry Potter studios. We went in August last year but unfortunately while we were over there both me and Kieran were targeted and our phones were stolen from us. All my happy memories and pictures from Harry potter are gone. I was devastated as I love the whole Harry Potter world so much – it really does make me so happy. We loved our tour there but losing all the pictures was devastating ☹ but now I’m so happy and glad I am returning there in February! ☺ But what’s more exciting is that I will be so much thinner than I was before and the pictures will be so much better too.
