Good Morning from a freezing cold Limerick…

I am absolutely blown away with this week’s weight loss, a massive 6lbs loss this week, I have really upped my fitness this week and have walked over 60km in total. I’m loving the new me, I wake up so fully refreshed and feeling so good but oh my another 6lbs closer to target which is a huge loss of 77lbs in 11 weeks.. OMG….. As the video proves I think I am little shocked lol.

77lbsgoneThis week has been an emotional one, on the weekend I was at my gym and swimming when a couple of kids about 12-14 years old made really rude comments about how my skin was on my tummy, I was so hurt and upset about the way they did this in front of me and it hurt so bad listening to it, they laughed they made jokes and said out loud you think he would wear a t-shirt its disgusting no one should have to look at that, I never really have been conscious about my skin or the way it looks till then and for some reason they just wiped me out and I was burying my head in the sand. There is absolutely no way at all I would of blipped, as I am so fully focused right now, but OMG I shut down completely and cried, yes it broke me and I was very down about it. Thankfully I came onto Secret Slimmers yesterday and received such kind words and messages from all my beautiful friends and family on the secret slimmer’s page which has now brought me back to where I am today!

For anyone who struggles or has a few issues please talk on the Secret Slimmers page as everyone is there to help you and make you feel so much better! I know last night going to bed I had a skip in my step and I was happy going to bed being able to get things off your chest is a great thing to do and not turn that negativity into a blip or worse is control and now the way I will be handling my relationship with food. I am only 2.5 lbs away from 17 stone bracket, I can’t believe it and so thrilled about it! Again this week I will be up and about walking everywhere to make sure I am hitting my daily target of 20k steps it’s a huge target but one I am keeping up with well,

Photo%2013-01-2016%2C%2011%2034%2000So last week we went to the ring shop to finally order my ring, omg how supposed I was that I have gone from a size Z+3 to a T, I ordered the ring and yesterday it arrived and of course I went straight down there to see it and try it on, I’m so looking forward for 2 weeks’ time to be able to go and collet my ring and wear it with pride knowing I am the size I am now and where I want to be.

This week’s fitness as well as the walking will include some toning activates, I am dying to start with a personal trainer but I will have to wait a few weeks as its quiet costly of 40 euro per hour, I really want to learn how to train my body correctly so this will have to be on my bucket list for a few weeks till I can get them. But when I do I will be raving about them here and tell you all about it. I’m absolutely loving the January buzz on the page its truly inspiring to anyone who comes on to Secret Slimmers, so far we have smashed a huge 89 stone together and its amazing seeing so many people doing so well on the page. There is nothing better than seeing such amazing results week after week and everyone getting thinner happier and more confident. Again as I have said before join in the theme days you will see a huge difference from week to week of yourself and your confidence.

For anyone who struggles and blips I personally know how hard this diet is as I am phase 2 and there is nothing more I want right now that to hit goal and be where I want to be, No blip or incident that can happen will deter me from this goal, for anyone who finds it hard to get going my advice is.

  • Start your day off with 3 hot pineapple Fat Burners
  • Get a supply of the yummy water flavourings and hot savoury broth ( these are a life saver and get your water intake up too )
  • Take your 4/5 packs throughout the day, try not to go long periods without a pack as this can lead to many thoughts in the head and can lead you astray.
  • Focus on your goals every day and explain to yourself why you are doing this, you are doing this for you and your health.
  • Get your water supply in of at least 2.5-4 litres of water.
  • Get some gentle exercise in everyday, if everyone can just give themselves 20 mins per day you will see a huge difference, your body needs to burn energy go for a brisk walk or even do some exercise in the home.
  • Don’t give in to temptation, nothing will satisfy you better than feeling slim and sticking to plan.
