Gemma is proof that with a little determination and the perfect diet plan, the results are tremendous! Starting on the 22nd June 2015 weighing in at 14 stone 12lbs, wearing a size 18/20 Gemma knew something had to change, her brother was getting married and she wasn’t happy with her figure. She made the choice to change that, she lost 2 stone for her brothers wedding. She is now walking about about feeling AMAZING in her size 12 clothes!!!
