OMG!!!!! I can’t believe it! I was expecting a good loss this week, but another 5lbs gone… AMAZING! That brings my total in 6 weeks to a phenomenal 50lbs! Guys, this diet works! I’m buzzing!!!!
Feeling absolutely amazing this week and starting to feel sexy again. I’m so super close to the 19 stone bracket! Ah, I hoped I would hit it this week but 5lbs off in a week is amazing and I’m super proud of this. I’m finding the diet easier each day. I’m feeling full of energy all day long now thanks to my 3 Pineapple Fat burners. I take them every morning and I really do swear by them! They make you feel on top of the world as well as burning all the fat too ☺
This weekend I had my daughter Kayla and we had an amazing weekend visiting Santa. She absolutely loved it and I was so super proud and well up for being in the photo this year. Normally I have to be forced into a picture when I was so big but I’m glad that phase is gone now and I’m loving life and getting into as many pictures as possible. I picked Kayla up on Thursday night and to all the kids at the class she turned around and said “My daddy is getting slimmer – doesn’t he look good!?” I was like OMG, lol, but it’s so cute and hard to even believe that she saw me being so big so it really reminds me why I want to do this diet and be a success!
Kayla and Kieran are my everything and without them I would not be as strong as I am today. Kieran has been a rock to me over the past 4 years and I have him to thank for the person I am turning into today.
My weight loss goal is still going strong and I am staying on plan all over Christmas and the New Year, I won’t be stopping for anything. My goal from now until New Year is to lose another 10 lbs. I am back and joining the gym today. Since my surgery 6 months ago I am dying to get back in the seat and get back in the gym and swimming which I love so much. I’m dead excited to be burning more weight off as I go along. I have really missed the gym. I am hoping to start my refeed programme middle of March as I have to go away in April so I want to be ready and super focused on that too, I am hoping to be at my goal weight of 15 stone by then but the bar keeps moving. I really want to hit 13 stone but I know for me I look too thin then but 15st is a good weight for me being so tall.
Are you all prepared for Christmas?
I am. I have all my shopping and wrapped done and plans for Christmas day itself are in place. I will be surrounded by great food all day long but I will be so strong and will not blip for anything, My goal is my focus at the moment. I am 35 years old and I have had 34 amazing Christmases with great food and drink. It’s now my year to change this and feel even better over the Christmas period.
Has anyone else grabbed the bargains at the moment? I did a huge order last week to keep me going throughout Christmas and the new year and January and I was amazed at the amount of products I got for the value of money. The sale prices are amazing at the moment and I highly recommend getting them if you are stating again in January as you will be stocked up and ready to go and save yourself a good few pounds too.

Darren’s Tips
Drink plenty of water every day: 3-4 litres or more (do what your body tells you).
Remember 4 packs per day (5 if you’re over 17 stone).
Try and get some Pineapple Fat Burners as they really do help you and fill you with amazing energy and help with that amazing weight loss.
